I am an East Grinstead commercial photographer offering a variety of commercial sessions for small businesses across Surrey, Kent and Sussex.
My services include headshots and bespoke branding photography. My specialism is working with outdoor based businesses and creating imagery for animal related traders like doggy day care providers and dog walking companies. I also work well alongside creative entrepreneurs like garden designers using the natural environment or their studio office.
I photograph events including parties, school occasions and sports events, plus theatre and dance productions – from rehearsals to live stage performance. I have also worked for Battersea Dogs Home during their Muddy Paws event at Hever Castle and my action dog imagery has been used to promote this event.
Photoshoot Options
Commercial photography session fees include pre-shoot advice, a post shoot gallery viewing and ordering session or private online gallery.
BRANDING PACKAGES
Ideal for pet businesses these packages suit dog walking businesses, doggy day care, groomers, vets and pet products. My experience and skill in working with canines as both a dog photographer and a portrait photographer allows me to help you create images for your pet business that will stand out from the crowd.
I have worked with the likes of Carnilove UK creating work for their Pets in the Wild social media campaign, Bruce’s Doggy Day Care branding material for their websites, Battersea Dog’s Home and other dog walking and nature based independent busineses.

They take place on location, whether this be in your home office, workplace, shop or on a dog walk! I will guide you through the process to help you plan your images.

Hourly Branding Package – £295/hour

PET EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
I offer a high quality photography service for pet events – dog festivals, dog shows, action dog photography events.
My work for Battersea’s Muddy Paw’s Challenge encompassed entrants and dogs capturing their energy and fun together and is used still across Battersea’s promotional material and websites.

Pre-photoshoot
Can you help me choose the right photoshoot?

How does the booking process work?
Once you have decided that you would like to book a session with me, we first agree a mutually convenient date.
I will then send you a session contract that can be completed electronically and an invoice that can be settled via bank transfer which acts a retainer to secure your session. Once the contract is returned and payment complete your date is secured.
I will send you a link to a Pinterest board in advance of the session so that you have some ideas or what to bring and/or what to wear for you and/or those also taking part in the photoshoot.
How do you take payment? Do you take card payments?
An initial payment is made via bank transfer in advance in order to secure your agreed photoshoot session date.
I don’t take card payments at the moment although I can sometimes I can arrange a Paypal transaction if a bank transfer is not possible.
What shall I wear?
This very much depends upon your business and the look you want to create. I can also send you a Pinterest board with general advice examples regarding clothing for outdoor photoshoots similar to your trade. You may want to consider the bringing a change so you can have photographs to suit different seasons
Generally I advise no logos, bold patterns or stripes. Try to avoid bright coats or wellies – it’s better to blend with your surroundings. However said that – if you have a specific uniform or a logo jacket I woudl recommend including this on some of the images.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the photoshoot?
I send plenty of advice in the run up to your photoshoot. This includes tools used in your trade that you may want to include in the shots.
The photoshoot
What if it rains on my photoshoot?
I always book a back up date with you in the case of inclement weather.
I will stay in touch with you in the run up to the photoshoot session and, depending on the forecast, can change the time slightly if it will help with light and weather conditions. If it does end up raining heavily and it doesn’t look as though it will stop we will halt the session and reschedule to complete. This does not happen very often!!
Post-photoshoot
When and where can I see the images from my photoshoot?
Unless otherwise specified, images will be ready for viewing about 2 weeks after your shoot in an online private viewing gallery.
Branding packages normally include a certain number of digitals which can be upgraded after your session if you like more than you originally chose.
Will I get to see all of the images you took on my photoshoot?
No you won’t see all the raw images. I take many, many images over the session and will choose the best to edit and then present to you in your gallery.
Further final edits are carried out once you have chosen your favourite images, however you may purchase all the images in your gallery should you so wish.
Can I print the images myself?
I only work with the best professional photographic laboratories in the UK and can therefore ensure perfect colour and excellent quality should you wish to order prints with me.
However if you choose to purchase the rights to the image in for form of the full resolution digital files from your photoshoot, you can print the images yourself.
How many photos will I get from my photoshoot?
Commercial sessions vary such a lot – so I have divided the sessions into headshots, branding, events etc. Please see the different sessions as there is a guide where possible to numbers of images produced.
